Held the position of Project Manager/Application Development Team Leader for Baxter Pharmaceutical's IBM AS/400 midrange platform migration initiative. Managed a team of 2 software developers responsible for re-designing and developing existing customer software application billing programs. Involved in hands on modifications to existing customer business software as well as network communication.Management consultant assignments involved initial meetings with corporate clients to understand their business model, corporate goals and current technical needs in order to successfully deploy significant and mission critical IT projects.
