As a Real Estate Agent, I help clients to buy, sell or invest in real estate property. I help educate clients on all levels from first time home buyers and sellers to first time investors looking to buy their first home or property.

Work projects and production included Car Commercial Video Production, Video Production & Editing, Motion Graphic Design, Sound Design to provide support for the marketing team and their clients.

As a videographer/Video Editor, I capture, cut and edit video content for marketing, commercial and company promotions. As I edit raw video content, I put together compelling and entertaining video content that tells a story, delivers a message or helps bring knowledge to the subject that was recorded. I create and use motion graphics and visual effects to achieve the desired look and feel of the video.

As Studio Director and 3D Lead Artist, I oversee the process for producing 3d scans, 3d assets, and file management. I manage other artists by reviewing 3d assets for completion and quality. I assist and consult other 3d artists on proper techniques, workflows, and software for 3d content creation. I also work on 3d scanning/photogrammetry, 3d scan clean up, and 3d asset creation.

Manage a team of store detectives in an effort to deter theft and losses, investigate external and internal sources of theft, develop programs to deter theft and losses while limiting liabilties to the company. Liason with police and other government agencies to prevent organized retail crime.

Conduct Internal Investigations, Audits, run Aspect Exemption Reports in attempt to detect dishonest Associates, enforce policy and procedure of Loss Prevention and Safety Standards. Conducted LP awareness meetings as needed. Train & develop new employees. Reported to Director of Loss Prevention & Safety. Lead Internal Investigation Team, investigate and follow up leads. Analyze Aspect Exemption reports for discrepancies and leads. Interview suspected persons in regards to internal investigations. Analyze CCTV/DVR video against Aspect POS reports for dishonest Associates. Develop and implement new LP programs and policies as needed to promote a safe environment for employees and deter internal/external theft.

Detect and apprehend shoplifters in multiple stores using CCTV/DVR for observations. Enforced LP policy and procedures, conducted internal investigations, liaison with local police departments as needed.

Driver for VIP persons such as celebrities, artists, etc. for private events. Worked closely with Audi Sponsors in events such as the Art Basel Miami Beach and Superbowl XLIV.
