Engineering support for various product lines (WEMAC, fuel systems, seals and mandrels, and train diaphragms), support for quality assurance for corrective action reports and non-conformance reports, training production employees on new equipment and/or techniques, Romer and RapidForm use to provide dimensions for first article inspection reports, familiarity with and support for plant equipment including autoclaves, presses, desktop and laptop terminals and software, test fixtures and instrumentation, and provide assistance to design engineering when required.

Management of acceptance, rejection, and maintenance of approved/disapproved suppliers, internal quality audits and reporting, supplier corrective action reports, setup, operation, and maintenance of department equipment (to include rheometer, tensile tester, flammability test booth, various mics and gages, and fabric puncture tester), and training department personnel in the use of equipment and software packages.
