In 2010 i started working for PT. Leo Agung Raya Jakarta Branch. PT. Leo Agung Raya (known as Jamu Leo) is a traditional medicine manufacturer and was still using traditional method of marketing and management.I started with collecting database of the distributors and agents and start reviewing their capacity. Yet, at the same time trying to look at new agents and distributors. I also reviewed the performance of our sales supervisors. We used to rely on supervisors to take order, delivery, and collection.In a year we changed the system into direct delivery from cargo. We change our working hours since we do not need sales and supervisors to do canvasing. We simplified our process and cost (especially transportation and vehicle cost).We also starting to sell our products for Singapore and Malaysia Market in 2013.In 2014 we achieved the CPOTB and CPOB certification for our factory. At the same time, we start taking OEM from other company and developing new products of our own.In 2017 i started working for PT. Dwi Malito Mulia (DMM) as an Operational Manager. DMM is a general trade company and i am focusing on printing and packaging production.
