Successful facilitation of four sections of the six initial pilot DOL EW Workshops and facilitation or co-facilitation of all sections (one through seven) of eight roll out current curriculum DOL EW workshops at NAS Jacksonville.Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of labor market information research in the public and private sectors, able to demonstrate the use of various internet resources and provide detailed informative delivery of all sections to separatee and retiree transition workshops.Over six year’s Legacy Transition Assistance Program workshop facilitation experience at NAS Jacksonville, facilitating 2 class a month, average class size over the past 12 months is 50 participants.Schedule, and facilitate monthly federal employment process workshops in partnership with the Department of Defense. and produce flyers to market the schedule and enrollment process in partnership with the Fleet and Family Support Center at NAS as an additional opportunity for employment workshop attendees.The initial DOL Employment Workshop pilot included six classes, three were separating service members and three were retiree’s and ranged in size from 30 to 45.Facilitation of the roll out curriculum of the revised DOL Employment Workshop has been provided to three classes per month beginning in June 2012 to the present time with the same class sizes.
