I have been involved in downtown Jacksonville commercial real estate since the early 80's and have been involved in at least a dozen sales of significant downtown buildings. Additionally, I was instrumental in one of the largest commercial transactions of 2006 when I matched a purchaser for a $72,000,000 portfolio of 16 buildings comprising over 700,000 SF. Apartments), the Park View Inn Hotel (full city block), the 6-story Ambassador Hotel, a 70,000 SF former department store in the northside, and several parking lots and garages downtown.
