In my early years, I realized that career path was stagnant, lacked focus and purpose. I decided to take responsibility for my individual abilities and developed and implemented a new platform I had researched a few years prior. I had evaluate processes and procedures. I had identified specific internal factors that were distinctive and subsequential to risks and lacked any possible efficiency or trust principles. With a detailed comprehensive framework, we were determined and confident in implementing safeguards and solutions. The process created measurables control that with proper execution, standards and planning, the measurable data and practices identified internal imperfections. Ultimately, the additional responsibility, quality management systems, new control designed and other disciplines created trust principles, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
