Perform Break/Fix, troubleshooting and repair of client's DELL Latitude Rugged Laptop and Desktop hardware/Software issues. Also perform imaging, and deployment of DELL Laptops and Desktops. Troubleshooting Network devices such as Cellular Modems/Wireless Routers onsite and off-site. Position also include managing client's return merchandise authorization (RMA) actions.
