Functions as Outreach & Operations Manager providing administrative, programmatic and operational support for the daily activities ofthe Programs for Educational Enrichment and Retention (PEER) and Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) outreach, recruitment, and retention initiatives. Manages studentworkers and their daily tasks in PEER & WISE office and the Fluor annex.Trains student workers in office protocol and schedules office coverage. Managesspace usage and coordinates events.Outreach and Special Events:Plans, manages, and coordinates all outreach and special events on behalf of PEER & WISE (STEM Day, Girl Scout and Friends, Sneak Preview, S.E.E. Clemson). Manages publicity and outreach materials. Represent PEER & WISE at Outreach events. Plan and execute special events as assigned by Executive Director of PEER & WISE.Program Support:Manages operations of Tutoring Center including interviewing and hiring tutors. Manages daily operations and implementation of PEER & WISE department, summer bridge, andother programs. Manages all mailings/communications for PEER & WISEevents to students, faculty and staff. Coordinates all invoices/payments and business operations for PEER & WISE programs/events.Department Payroll and Procurement Coordination:Serves as Concur liaison for PEER & WISE professional staff and student workers.Coordinates with departmental payroll personnel to hire student workers, professionalstaff, and presenters for PEER & WISE events/programs. Applies and interprets university policies and procedures for hiring. Coordinates with financial personnel for all accounts within the department.

Program Coordinator for Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion for the College of Engineering, Computing, and Applied Sciences at Clemson University. I have a passion for Diversity and Inclusion as a media professional. I currently manage an inclusive excellence plan for the college to help drive diversity, equity, and inclusion for students, faculty, and staff. I delegate tasks for committee members to help drive the goal. In addition to the plan, I create and manage DEI education within the college by scheduling and conducting training. I also collaborate with many stakeholders for recruitment and retention of under represented populations. Finally, I manage the DEI newsletter for the college that has many different aspects.

As a Communication Specilist, I served in a 911 Dispatcher role. I managed emergent and normal calls coming into the Clemson University PSAP center. I was also in charge of social media for the department and created videos for promotional efforts. I obtained many public safety certifications over the course of my tenure.

I manage the production of an event at our Chapel and Fine Arts Center. I direct cameras, audio, lights, CG and live stream. I also work directly underneath the Producer and Executive Producer.

I assist the Marketing Director with certain needs and do secretarial needs.

I worked directly underneath the Producer and served as the second brain. I checked all leads and made sure the production moved smoothly with the assistance of the Director.
