As a graduate from Savannah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Analysis, I now serve as an Officer Selection Officer with the United States Marine Corps. My core competencies lie in servant leadership, operational planning, and personnel management, bolstered by a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.In my recent work with the Marine Corps, my focus has been on the efficient coordination of logistics and the development of comprehensive security strategies. Our team's mission aligns with fostering a culture of excellence and advocacy, qualities reflected in my ongoing commitment to leadership development within the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
