Current• Build CRE relationships with leading industrial developers, contractors and owners.• Lead account manager maintaining and growing relationships, ensure successful delivery, and provide consistency for repeat opportunities.• National territory growth with an emphasis on the Southeast, Northeast, Northwest and emerging Midwest.• Delivering solutions-based business development approach to understand the project needs and maximize project ROI.• Reporting to the Industrial Practice Lead and CEO to develop short and long-term growth strategy.• Market evaluation to identify niches within existing markets and identify opportunities in new markets.
