• Reviews, approves, and monitors all project plans related to facilities or utilities systems.• Launch contruction project and relocation project.• Ensure policies, procedures, work instruction, standards related to Corp. facilities management are executed.• Provides long-range and short range space plans by maintaining space assignment database; consulting with senior staff to determine functional needs; determining ways to fill needs in available space; developing proposals for space allocation; determining necessity for space acquisition; developing strategies to acquire additional space.• Approve building plans that meet required specifications.• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.• Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and legal regulations.• Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with consultants, suppliers, or contractors.• Generates reports base on work history and preventive maintenance schedules on buildings and equipment.• Responsible for Security, Clean work and manage relative 3rd party service companies.• Lease Real Estate contact management.• Environmental management.• All other duties as assigned.

•Facility management, IE, Equipment management, Administration management, EHS and security management.•Implement company's policies and procedures to fulfill Global group standard /local policy/GMP requirements.•To lead team to improve plant wide realization through equipment optimization.•HVAC and Clean room for medical production.•Daily management of infrastructure as Air compressor, Chiller, boiler, A/C, fresh air system, HVAC etc, to ensure air conditioning, power supply, cooling water system, Gas system, Cleanness system are in normal conditions.•To ensure the quality of the decoration project for new building with supplier, and make the plan for daily check of the construction. •To be responsible for organizing, controlling and implementing major Maintenance and Facility activities and projects within the scope of the department.•To ensure all facility equipment and production equipment are performing to support the manufacturing needs in compliance with customer requirements.•Lead the Dept. design the layout in Lean concept and installation and starting up of all new equipment.•Lead the team performing preventive maintenance inspections and making repairs of problems found during inspections.•Planning and conversion of preventive maintenance follow TPM. (Installation of preventive maintenance plan), Responsible for availability of spare parts for all the equipment.•Prepare the documents for the ISO 14001/9001/13485 certification and build up EMS system.•To train all the employee to read, understand and support the implementation of systems state in the Environmental Health and Safety Manuals.•Appointed as the Safety Representative and Environmental Management Representative of Company.•Daily management of Admin such as canteen, shuttle bus, housekeeping, office stationary order and arrangement.•Security & access system management of company. Daily check and work with service company together.

• Provide monthly-, quarterly- and yearly- maintain about product equipment.• Take responsibility for repairing automatic equipment in production line.• Work with Corp. IE to design layout and follow up the action plan.• Verify the tools and the equipment efficiency.• manage contractor for relocation of production.
