I am a motivated and dedicated student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management & Sustainable Supply Chain Management at Louisiana Tech University, with an expected graduation date in May 2025. My academic journey has been marked by excellence, earning me a GPA of 3.871 and securing a spot on the Dean's List.My professional experience reflects my commitment to making a positive impact in various roles. Currently, I serve as a Louisiana Tech Student Recruiter, where I play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our university. I conduct approximately 25 campus tours per quarter, passionately showcasing the educational opportunities at Louisiana Tech to potential students. In addition to this, I offer valuable guidance on financial aid, establishing meaningful connections with prospective students and their families through effective communication via phone calls and social media. As a mentor and source of information for all students, I take pride in my role in shaping their educational journeys and, bi-weekly, personally extend warm admission acceptance letters to welcome and congratulate incoming students.My versatility extends beyond academia, as I simultaneously hold the position of Assistant/Hiring Manager, Creative Director, and Bouncer at Revelry of Ruston. In this multifaceted role, I oversee talent recruitment, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process. During weekends, I assume responsibility for operational supervision, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff alike. I have successfully cultivated positive relationships with both Louisiana Tech and Grambling State University students and faculty. Furthermore, I contribute to event planning and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, enhancing the overall experience for our patrons.With a passion for human resource & supply chain management and a proven track record of dedication and success, I am excited to continue my educational journey and contribute positively to the professional world upon graduation in 2025.
