- Manages day-to-day operations according to OSHA regulations and Discount Tires corporate policies.- Leadership of ~10 team members across sales and technician teams- Establishes and manages corporate account relationships for fleet and resale clients by ensuring that Request for Pricing quotes are generated and responded to timely, creating and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual touchpoints for existing and prospective corporate accounts to ensure satisfaction, quality and consistency are continuously met or improved upon for store operations.- Coordinates all service schedules and customer appointments based on store volume, levels of complexity, resource planning, available inventory, and other various factors that impact the store's metric performance.- Verifies information for online orders for all customer appointments based on in-store product availability, local vendor product availability, store-to-store product transfers, or backorder purchases.- Participates in the development of innovative concepts for in-store and regional promotional marketing practices to exceed store metrics for sales- Manages manufacturer product adjustments based on Discount Tire evaluations of customer’s current wear based on factors such as mileage wear, tread life, and required services in alignment with manufacturer warranty such as tire rotation, hazard certifications, etc.- Conducts team member performance reviews that are based on consistency of work, performance/efficiency, reliability, customer reviews, incidents, and other factors outlined in corporate policies.-Trains and mentors new hires in corporate standards and practices, safety guidance and regulations outlined by OSHA, and educating on safety requirements for the Department of Transportation.

Responsible for the supervison of multiple healthcare construction projects in hospitals throughout the DFW area, including new construction, renovations, and equipment updates. Direct responsibilities included:- supervision of trades on-site - following ICRA guidelines- role in generating planned schedules for trades- submitted daily project updates via Procore to track progress, assess risks, delays, and project goals- enforced implementation of 5S practices to ensure workplace and patient safety - set up of clean room and containment areas with air scrubbers- managing inventory of cleaning supplies, PPE sets for customer visits, and materials for trades via Microsoft Office- maintained effective communication with vendors and upper management to ensure efficiency - strategic planning for the purpose of meeting project timeline goals- enforcing, reporting, and assesing safety on site to maintain both workplace, and patient safety
