- Provide community service and education through, the Child Safe ID program, No Cost Accidental Death Policies, and MedFacts program.- Assist individuals and families develop a custom insurance portfolio. Portfolios are needs based and may include one or more products. Whole Life, Term Life, Decreasing Term Mortgage insurance, and/or Supplemental Heath Insurance (Cancer, Critical Illness, or Accident policies)- Assist Small Business Owners provide voluntary employee benefits at no cost to the business (Group Term, Cancer, Critical Illness, and Accident policies).

Various Locations

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.• Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.• Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.• Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as awards, performance reports, or disciplinary measures.• Compile operational or personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair or maintenance statistics, or test results.• Develop, implement, or evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.• Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.• Examine objects, systems, or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.• Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.

Various Locations

• Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices.• Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions.• Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes.• Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas.• Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups.• Repair and service air conditioning, heating, engine-cooling, and electrical systems.• Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.• Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors.• Tear down, repair, and rebuild faulty assemblies such as power systems, steering systems, and linkages.
