Experienced leader in both business and coaching football. Created the national and international vision for CS Crable Sportswear and Craco Embroidery in the 1980's and 90's. Also lead Cincinnati Moeller High School's football program to playoff level success. I have experiece in all aspects of business including marketing, operations, finance and labor relations. My goal is to expand the systems I've created in both business and coaching environments in order to either teach those systems or implement them into other environments.Currently, I've focused my efforts in acquiring and managing properties. We have owned and managed manufactured housing communities for many years. My goal is to expand our portfolio of manufactured housing communities that we own and to expand the management of diverse property interests as well.Specialties: I advanced all aspects of the companies I was involved. I had been the vision and "business strategist." I was closely involved in the sales and marketing process, but I also developed solutions to produce our products more efficiently so each order would be delivered on time. I implemented pricing strategies and had to sell those strategies to our sales people and customers. I also communicated with managers, workers, even coaches to optimize company and team performance.
