Warehouses and distribution centers are like my second home. As soon as I walk into a warehouse, I can sense the possibilities and see the opportunities.I've worked in warehouses since I was a teenager, back when logistics was considered the dirty part of the business. But like a football player entering a locker room, I knew it was where I belonged.During my career, I've held nearly every role in supply chain and logistics from the warehouse to the distribution center or cross-docks. I've even helped implement supply chain and logistics strategies for eCommerce initiates with Walmart and Amazon. I've always considered myself to be a "logistics scientist" of sorts when it comes to the supply chain, continually looking at ways (and data) to do things better and more efficiently. It's what drew me to nGROUP. At nGROUP, I get to do what I love, help companies grow by optimizing their labor-intensive supply chain and logistics operations without sacrificing quality or delivery. CUSTOMER STRUGGLES Clients we work with tend to struggle with the following symptoms.► Retention and recruitment of hourly workers ► High labor costs (Turnover, disengaged workforce)► High costs per unit (CPU)► Low units per hour (UPH)► High PPMs At nGROUP, we guarantee improved performance with no risk.To help you exceed your key performance indicators, we utilize Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to hone complex, labor-intensive processes and systems to eliminate labor-management headaches. TYPICAL MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION RESULTS► Reduced costs per unit (CPU)► Reduced labor costs► Increased productivity► Shipping quality increases during peak seasons► Recruiting and retention of skilled labor If you're struggling with finding and deploying the right labor workforce to meet your goals, let's talk.
