In April 2022, Accel KKR acquired Basware which is now a private equity funded scale-up.Basware is recognised as the industry leader in Accounts Payable Automation, supported by Basware’s AI/ML-powered solution, and after the AKKR acquisition the company has embarked an ambitious growth strategy. My role was to enable that growth through the sales function.Achievements:- enhanced the value realisation methodology where benefits promised in the initial business case are delivered through the professional services engagement, and then measured post go live- co-created the Basware, client & partner RACI used to sell and deliver with partners- helped to sell and deliver some of Basware’s biggest deals in 2023- highlighted product improvement opportunities in the software estate and led a project to invest in improvements - supported colleagues to drive the ethical usage of AI in Basware including helping to hire the new head of AI

OCF bundled hardware (Silicon Graphics, HP & IBM), design, education and studio software and financing to create integrated solutions. I was responsible for the management of the full business lifecycle from sales quotation to cash and purchase to pay for this rapidly growing IT hardware, software & financing business during turbulent trading conditions. My teams managed the process from receipt of sales order to delivery of completed, engineered IT software and hardware solution on to the subsequent cash collection and accounting.
