I am passionate about and a subject matter expert in human-centric transformation in finance, procurement and Ethical AI. I work with clients to overcome business challenges by creatively applying new technologies in business & IT transformations. I bring enthusiasm, deep expertise and creative ideas to solve problems by making the complex simple and digestible.I started my career in finance, as an accountant in practice, then worked in industry and in an IT startup before my 25 years in consulting. I am now the professional services leader at Basware, the global leader in AP Automation, a private equity funded scale up. I also have a small part-time consulting business focused on Ethical AI and on non-executive start up and scale up advisory.Over my career, I have become fascinated by social styles, individual & team strengths, and dynamics of high-performing teams. I am equally fascinated by the golden circle of diet, sleep, exercise and mindfulness, and how we can perform consistently well whilst balancing work and family life.
