An award winning producer, Robert is currently Co-Founder and Executive Creative Producer of Blue Hats Creative, a Santa Monica based content creation studio formed in 2012. He has over 20 years experience in immersive entertainment and transmedia production and has worked on many of the most celebrated alternate reality games and promotions to date. Prior to BHC, Robert was Head of Integrated Production and a founding member of KesselsKramerLA, helping to build the renowned European advertising agency’s first US outpost.Robert was also a founding member of digital marketing pioneers, 42 Entertainment. As part of the management team, Robert was integral in producing multi-platform experiences from global scavenger hunts to projection mapping, film, and live streaming beginning with the world’s first alternate reality game, The Beast, for Steven Spielberg’s A.I. Artificial Intelligence, as well as back-to-back Cannes Grand Prix Cyber Lion winners, Year Zero for Nine Inch Nails, and Why So Serious? for Warner Brothers' The Dark Knight.In addition, Robert has written, developed and produced programming for MTV, FUSE, VH1, and Disney and has produced eight indie films, including the critically acclaimed The Life of Reilly, (starring Charles Nelson Reilly) and the romantic comedy Dummy (starring Adrien Brody, Milla Jovovich, and Illeana Douglas).His latest full length documentary is L7: Pretend We’re Dead, which tells the story of the legendary Los Angeles rock and roll band, a film the New York Times says "will make you feel as if you are there, even on your couch."Fagan has produced both live events and concert films for over 75 music festivals Internationally, including exclusive worldwide live action filming (2012-2017) for North America's largest music festival, EDC, and for artists including Elton John, Guns and Roses, Zedd, and more.He is an active member of the Producer’s Guild of America, where he serves on the Mentor Committee, the Association of Digital Arts and Sciences, and the Independent Game Developers Association.
