Developed measurement process using the Mitutoyo Ultra which has an accuracy, repeatability (6σ) and reproducibility of less than 0.2µm over several millimeters. Resulted in TEchCon abstract submission and resolved measurement issues between supplier and TE.

I worked with the team to develop a multimode refractive plate switch capable of withstanding a 200 G shock with a duration of >8ms without interruption of the signal. Product extension included a 2X2, dual 2X2, 1X8, and dual 1X8.
