Managed international consulting engagement in Sao Paulo, which consisted of organizational strategy session, risk management, organizational transformation, and facilitation of all core business units in acceptance of new methodology. Work also included coordination of core business elements to transform into newly outsourced functions, methodology change, performance motivation and workgroup facilitation, development of detailed project plans in pre and post sales environment, staff recruitment, budget tracking and development, delivery of business solutions and, reporting directly to executive staff. For a $4 billion insurance provider, managed the planning phase of a program to implement an enterprise distributed computing environment across more than 40 locations and 7,000 workstations, including migration of more than 1,000 server and desktop applications. Led efforts to develop a business case outlining total cost of ownership and analyzed various financing options and supervised efforts to prepare for support of the new environment. Communicate the project scope, develop milestones, objectives and strategies and ensure effective implementation; developing and adhering to project budgets and timeliness; and obtaining buy-in from senior management and the Steering Committee. Architected and implemented sophisticated pharmaceutical and CRM packages (Seibel) for the customer's call centers, knowledge/content management systems within existing legacy systems. In designing these applications, it created enterprise-accessible information, often previously stored in various functional silos across an organization, using relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and other technologies to readily distribute the information throughout the company. This included the implementation of the application, database (PeopleSoft, LIMS, Sales Force Automation) and, security architectures.
