I’m Bob Hartung, the founder and head Resultant* for Bob Hartung Coaching. Before devoting all my time to coaching, I founded and served as the President of Performance Gains, a small business coaching and consulting firm, for 25 years. Since 2004 I have focused most of my energy on coaching individuals who recognize that success was somewhat out of reach and believed that with the right guidance and direction they could soar to new heights.I have extensive expertise in the area of personal development, leadership training & coaching. I have received various certifications from many organizations including Brian Tracy International, Jack Canfield Mentoring, Nightingale Conant, Maximum Potential, and Profiles International to name a few.I consider myself a specialist in teaching people to manage their priorities and believe that this is the key to successfully accomplishing your goals. Most people refer to this as Time Management.Prior to starting my first business in 1996, I spent 14 years in the transportation industry and 13 years in various management positions in retail for Sears. My leadership experience includes Sales, Executive Management, Operations, Customer Service and Human Resources. I am the Author of: “Beating The Time Bandits” and Co-Founder of The CEO School.Since 2004 I’ve coached in excess of 500 individuals that include Professionals, Business Owners, Executives, Graduate Students and even people in retirement that want to face new challenges.I am the past chairman of the GOA, where I lead their Strategic Planning initiatives for 12 years, held numerous positions in my local business community and served on the College of Dupage Business Advisory Board.In my life and professional career I am committed to helping people Transforming Personal & Business Dreams into Reality™* Re-sult: (n).
