Lead team to Support DBS Bank North China Hiring in BJ/TJ/QD covering all functions in the bank. Take part in human resource planning to better align hiring plan with business strategy/plan.Revisit the hiring channel distribution and analyze the channel efficiency by BU/level/skill-sets. Promoted proactive sourcing through social media, target referral program, and external job boarding mining.Screen RPO/Batch hiring vendor for sales related positions in consumer banking, and help to build up cooperation with prevailing RPO vendor in the industry in the past two years. Enhance the hiring/onboard SOP to improve the hiring metrics and relationship with hiring managers.Proactively promote employer branding in daily hiring practice, campus related event, and HR/industrial sharing/cooperation.Plan and execute Management Associate Program and Consumer banking Sales Trainee Program in NC.Successfully supported organization growth in 2013 and 2014, and achieved over 250 hiring in 2013 and around 300 in 2014). Support other ad hoc HR related cases, including staff relations issues, etc.Worked as Staff Club President in 2013 to support ER Activities in Beijing Branch.

Lead team to support Deloitte Consulting, Financial Advisory Service and back-office (around 700 employees in total);Work closely with function heads/business planning team on HC/resource planning, and help to define the resource pipeline through both hiring and people development. Closely control the budgeted HC and follow up on hiring process, help recruitment on senior-level offer recommendation; involve in both senior hiring interview and campus hiring batch interview. Involved in development program like milestone program and international secondment; lead some other people related programs, such as staff pooling program, senior integration program, etc.Lead and facilitate performance review cycle in supported function, and making salary proposals basing on performance review result following review guideline. Work with function management team to solve the staff related issue in the supported function. HR Operational work including staff movement, contract renewal/change, leave management, and employee request, etc.Be responsible for Deloitte NC Employee Relation activities including Family Day, monthly Happy Friday, annual birthday gift, social club management, health activities, etc.

Work closely with HRBP/Function heads to understand the business strategy/hiring plan, and then set the yearly graduate/intern hiring and employer branding plan to support the business growth/market deposition.Follow employee value proposition to define the campus recruitment strategy in north region; and then define the promotion channel, campus event, and promotion theme/format, etc.Conduct target school/major/gender analysis VS intake number/rejection rate/performance record, which would help to adjust the focus on the target school, gender and major.Conduct the key competitor analysis through Universam ranking and offer rejection analysis in different school to fine-tune the promotion efforts/channel in different target schools.As assessment leader, lead selection process from offer/application forecast, assessment tool selection, assessor training, assessment center arrangement, offering process and onboard arrangement.Lead 2010 winter intern program and 2011 Deloitte Club hiring program, from promotion, assessment, internship arrangement to early offer. Work closely with campus career center, student association, 3rd-party institution like to carry out the yearly employer branding activities, such as Job hunting competition, accounting festival, industry week, career session, and mock Interview session.

Supported most of GBS’s service lines, plus Financial Service & Distribution Sector.Worked with hiring managers, resource managers and staffing manager to do workforce planning and identify the potential requirements.Proactively sourced candidate through all channels including career portal, job board, employee referral, agency, target sourcing, social media, etc.Managed sourcer and recruiting coordinator to achieve recruiting matrix on cost, lead time, quality, diversity, campus, PWD, etc. Accomplished over 100 professional hiring in year 2009, which is the biggest volume in GBS team.Work as IBM GBS Blue Pathway focal in 2009 to support and implement the campus hiring program on behalf of GBS.

Supported the recruitment of Lenovo worldwide IT team in China;Took part in human resource planning of IT department, built up pipeline, interview and manage recruiting assistant to follow hiring logistics; Conducted regular recruiting report to hr managers and function head; Temporarily supported Lenovo Research Lab and Development Lab for 4 months as BackupClosed totally more than 120 openings in IT functions within one year.Took part in 2007 Lenovo Campus recruiting project, and led the selection process in IT function.
