Responsible for the oversight of all IT functions within the plants that supply Ford and GM. Primary responsibilities included oversight of all IT related projects for 10 manufacturing plants. Interfaced with Plant and Business Unit leadership to ensure that all business requirements were being met. Also, responsible for ensuring plans adherence to IT standards and policies.Major projects included:IT Program Manager responsible for the simultaneous launch of the Ford P415 program within the existing BWI Warren facility and the new JIT plant facility; Because of delays in the business finalizing the site selection in Kansas City the IT systems launch schedule had to be compressed to less than half the normal lead time with no increase in the budget. Simultaneously project managed the launch of the IT systems to support the new plant launch; GM561), which was completed on time and on budget.Successfully project managed the IT systems transfer of Chrysler Overhead systems production from BWI-Detroit to BWI-Warren and Ford C170 Seating production from Plymouth to Detroit.

Responsible for managing all EDI support and projects for 70+ Automotive Systems Group plants in North America. Served as JCI's AIAG representative on the Business Process Workgroup, and the XML BOD Standardization Workgroup. Major projects included:Managed the conversion of all supplier and customer EDI from GEISS and IBM Advantis to Covisint which saved JCI over $230k per year.Project managed the conversion from Gentran and Trinary EDI translators to IBM Websphere XML Messaging which reduced ongoing support and development costs by over $200k per year.

Management responsibility for IT Application and Technical Support and Data Center Operations for 40+ Seating plants. Key accomplishments were:Participated in the planning, budgeting, and approval process of the Seating ERP System Conversion project.Facilitated the integration of Seating and Interiors IT functions, which reduced IT support costs and improved organizational synergies.
