Lead a 12 person IT Team for one of the largest student health clinics in the US. Led the project team to select and successfully implement a fully-integrated electronic medical records (EMR) Point and Click Solutions (PNC). PNC is a college health focused application with modules for registration, scheduling, charting, billing, reporting, and admin/configuration. PNC is also used to manage the seven student insurance plans for the University. Implementation included migrating patient demographics, insurance, and key medical data from legacy systems (NextGen and GE CB 5.0). Went live August 2014, have been optimizing clinical workflows and adding new features since go live.

Developed and implemented key business systems and processes from the ground up (pre-IPO). Collaborated with cross-functional teams to formulate strategic goals and translate strategy into executable action plans leveraging IT assets. Led efforts to design, write and maintain applications which standardized business processes and created long-term solutions.
