Since my appointment, the organization’s membership has grown by 40 percent. Previously I have successfully spent over two decades in the banking and financial services arena, including tenures at the former Fleet Bank and Citizens Bank. Additionally, serving as president and an equity participant of the former NEMTA, LLC, a marketing/communications firm; and as principal/owner of Impresario Partners, LLC, a company providing business development, financial and public relations services to various clients in the New England market.Strongly committed to the community, I have served as a volunteer to a number of charitable organizations throughout my career. Currently serving as President of the Gateway Real Estate Board, a division of Lifespan; as a CCRI Business Advisory Board Member; as a member of the RI Commodores ;member of the Bradley Hospital Foundation and The United Way; as a member of The Health Council of R.I. ; as a member of the R.I. Foundation Professional Advisory Council ; and, as a member of the Public Finance Management Board.Recognized by Johnson & Wales University for my contribution and support of the University’s College of Business. I was the recipient of the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 2013 Rhode Island and New England Financial Services Champion Award.In 1996, Governor Lincoln Almond appointed me to the Rhode Island Lottery Commission where I served until 2005.Bachelor of Science degree, Business Administration from Providence College, and earned a certificate from The New England School of Banking at Williams College.Engaged to RoseMarie Clemente.
