As the Manager of the PMO, I am responsible for leading the PM team to create and enable increasing levels of consistency, clarity, standardization and success in project execution. A large part of that is establishing, documenting, and enforcing HighPoint's Project Delivery processes and standards so that all components related to the completion of a project are carried out in the most efficient and effective manner while upholding and promoting HighPoint's reputation. In addition, I also provide an escalation point for the assigned project manager, engineers and/or clients if needed during the project lifecycle.

As part of the Professional Services organization at High Point, I am part of a multi-faceted team of engineers, solution developers, and project managers that propose and deliver IT solutions for customers in a variety of industries and vertical markets. I was a project manager for for a Digital Mobile Radio system integration project for a major electric & gas utility in Massachusetts. Coordinate work between self-performing staff, both in-market and remote, as well as with sub-contractors. Provide training and support for new products and features as well as maintenance coordination for existing, installed systems.I was also involved in supporting the wireless systems requirements for major NYC construction projects in real estate development and transportation. Additionally, I oversaw the installation of Distributed Antenna Systems for major wireless operators in buildings.

As a seasoned business and technology manager, I was involved in building technology and interior design. I was responsible for business management, project management, and coordination of implementations. This business involves both retail and to-the-trade businesses, working with medium- to high-end customers and a variety of business partners. As part of the business, we addressed the emerging "green" building movement, through LEED accreditation.

Write product descriptions and sales guides. Create and maintain price lists. Develop sales presentations. Train salesforce on product enhancements and new products.

As part of a corporate restructuring, I established a third tier support organization for the pre-sales system engineering organization. Transferred and hired individuals to staff the organization; ran the organization to support North American sales. Organization was targeted to expand to support worldwide sales.

Established career advancement and development process for pre-sales system engineers in the US sales organization. Trained new-hire sales staff. Worked with major customers to communicate product direction and future feature content. Provided on-site oversight for Federal Reserve Network implementation.

Responsible for product planning and lifecycle product management of LINK+ product line including LINK100+ and LINK ISDN Gateway Server. Managed product introduction of FrameServer, company's first frame relay access product.

Design Wide Area Networks using T-1 links and TDM technology. Design private packet-switched networks and statistical multiplexed networks (precursors to today's routed IP networks.)

Designed defroster element for point-to-point infrared communications system. Project managed the implementation of point-to-point microwave and infrared communications systems.
