I'm more than a webinar designer and presenter; I'm a career coach and LinkedIn trainer who constantly thinks of ways to better market my clients in their job search. Through disseminating trending job-search strategies, I increase their chances of finding jobs. The Job Club was 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 established at MassHire Career Center and is running strong.❍ My "𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿" webinar is the most successful of our webinars, averaging more than 100 attendees.❍ 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 for my part in delivering webinars on various job-search topics for MassHire Lowell Career Center. ❍ I'm proud to have created the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 at the Career Center of Lowell (now MassHire Lowell Career Center). ❍ Job seekers from across the state attend my webinars, which garner >𝟗𝟳% 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬. Prior to becoming a workshop specialist, I helped individuals with disabilities navigate the services provided by the career center. Referred customers to outside agencies, e.g., Mass Rehab, DMH, DMR, and their associates.

Teaching an online course has been a challenge but very rewarding. Using more than 10 years of experience, I teach career practioners about how to recognize the three components of the LinkedIn campaign: The profile: what makes a powerful profile that is optimized and brands LinkedIn users?Developing your network: who do you invite to your network, how do you find them, and how do you wirte invitations?Engaging with your network. Once you've invited people to be in your network, how do you engage with them?The participants, who I call "mates" take what they've learned to their students or clients.The seminar is hands-on, with short current articles written by me and other LinkedIn authorities, and videos to reinforce the lessons. The mates are evaluated on their discussions and work they do on LinkedIn.BONUS: the mates will receive a half an hour LinkedIn profile critique from either me or Jim Peacock, both of whom have reviewed hundreds of profiles over the years and presented to many organizations.
