I am an extrovert and vivacious guy. And I love contacting with people and making new friends. So I attended extracurricular activities positively in my college time. In school, I joined the university swim team and was elected as the team captain in my junior year. Furthermore, in my senior year, I was also elected as the class representative. During this period, I recruited new members, arranged the welcome party, planned the swim courses...etc. I learned the communication skills, the way of doing things and the importance of time management. I also realized that a leader should have a sense of responsibility and decision-making ability. But the most importance is keeping humble and learning. After school, I was a volunteer at Bliss & Wisdom Youth Group which is a big Buddhist group in Taiwan. I assisted to lead the summer & winter camps as team leader. I learned how to be a good team worker in an organized group.I got my first job in Dragontech Group in Changhua. This company is a member of supply chain for Apple Corp. My job is to arrange weekly production line to satisfy the downstream clients, besides, I also participate in the development of new inside parts of Macbook. This job made me know more about the procedure and standard that an international company has.I entered the EVERGREEN Line after working one year in Dragontech. I am the import sales representative of reefer shipment from all around world. Not only I have to maintain the customers on hand but also have to develop new accounts. In addition, I need to gain market information through our sales calling and visiting in order to offer our project department for references. This year, I successfully raise up our import market share of Washington apple from 50% to 55%. And the total apple shipments also increase 46% than the last season. I believe that a good relationship with customers and well-prepared before the peak season are the keys to get good performance.
