What gets me out of bed in the morning? The excitement that comes from developing and leading teams of talented Engineers , creating scalable, secure and reliable solutions that support transaction volumes measured in Billions. Delivering and supporting solutions through in-house resources and/or partners, and working with globally distributed teams. I've developed culture and processes that deliver agile at enterprise scale, balancing a mix of resources across internal staff, contract labour and partners (both on and off shore). A mix targeted to grow and retain IP , manage risk and costs while enabling resource flex with short lead times for adapting to change.I've enjoyed wins helping businesses transition from physical infrastructure into cloud solutions, with seamless migrations that are both transparent to end-users and navigate commercial , security and privacy concerns.I love creating and enabling smart , diverse teams of people to solve interesting business problems, working as cross functional feature teams that embrace their ownership and accountability across build and run as they turn business and technology strategy into reality.Given my work in delivering services for the Australian government I obtained an AGSVA NV 1 security clearance in 2018. NV1 sponsorship was put on hold, but can be quickly reactivated given an engagement on a project with Govt sponsorship
