Delivery Lead for successful Walk to work FM and Inspection campaign on Bleo Holm in 2017. • Coordinated successful shutdown delivery in both 2016 and 2017.• Achieved oil production target for Bleo Holm and Buchan in 2014, 2015 and 2016 • Improved Production Efficiency from 45% to 70% from 2013 to 2016 on Bleo Holm.• Increased daily water injection rate from 50kbbls/day per pump in 2014 to consistent 115kkbbls/day.• Project managed 2017 walk-to-work campaign within budget of £9.5M; exceeding expectations.• Delivered 2017 Shutdown in 41 days against planned 45 day target.• Delivered successful 2016 SD three months early following unplanned pipework integrity anomaly.• Led team in development of a rapid response Close Visual Inspection (CVI) with robust “Find and Fix” strategy approved by RSRUK Technical Authorities to handle anomalies – subsequently rolled out to multiple RSRUK sites.• Completed feasibility study to extend Bleo Holm on-station lifetime to 2024; contributed to engineering assessment of entire vessel, mooring subsea architecture and wells while assessing risk of major failures and cost analysis.• Performed economic analysis and set life of field budgets to ensure positive cash flow of Bleo Holm.
