Bob is a skilled national speaker since 1985. Nationally, he has worked with Young Life, Life Teen, and Steubenville Conferences. Currently completing a Masters in Pastoral Ministries at Santa Clara University, he has restarted his national speaking career while launching the first of a series of books on faith. The first book, 'God Speaks - Stories of an Imperfect Path to Hearing God's Voice" can be found on Amazon in September of 23.

Cross Comm terminates mobile calls into Latin America via Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”). Cross currently has contracts to terminate in Mexico and Honduras. We are in negotiations with Guatemala. The Company’s clients include large, prepaid calling card companies, wireless providers, broadband phone companies and other entities wishing to terminate mobile calls into Mexico and Latin America.

Managed the day to day operations of a startup nonprofit. Raised Capital, Strategic Planning, and Development and growth of new Conferences for youth ministers and their teens. Ongoing training of future youth ministers and assisting inner city parishes.

Planned and implemented meetings, retreats and events for a large, tri-parish youth ministry. Training youth volunteers as mentors and teachers. Development of future youth ministers via intern program. Swept the floors, cleaned the toilets and prayed a lot!

Planned and ran all intramural sport leagues for the University. Handled minor accounting and book keeping. Payroll for employees. Hiring and training of referee and umpires.
