Over this period Robert held many positions in various Business Units beginning with Project Controls ,Estimating and progressing to Project Management,Regional Manager of the Mobile Office and then Global Manager Of Materials Management and Project Services.The last six years were served on a dedicated team in leadership roles performing SAP Implementation and Functional Design .Robert was responsible for deployment of Materials and Procurement Modules of SAP to North America, the UK, and Western Europe. Activities included functional design, testing, training, legacy system conversion, deployment, change management, organizational readiness, budget control and schedule. Upon completion of the deployment and subsequent Go-Live processes I became Global Manager –Material Master for Halliburton and was responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, development and design of the Material Master and associated Data on SAP.
