I'm an all-around manager with an interest in keeping a lean approach: focus on the deliverables whilst introducing agile methodologies and essential governance. It's the design and deliverables that create the value, not the overhead. I like to be involved end-to-end. In touch with client and team to better understand the challenges they might face. A combined approach of lean project management and a strong technical/architectural knowledge helps ensure that risks are identified, and efforts realistically estimated. Empathic management is a quality that I hold dear and strive to keep honing.My education in Human Computer Interaction and a Vlerick Master in General Management have provided me with a skillset that helps me understand both technical and business aspects of projects.When I'm not on the job, I love to go out into the city or nature to do some street or landscape photography.
