A fortiori is a specialist in human capital. We are a team of psychologist that support organisations and individuals with client centered trainings and coaching.At A Fortiori I got the responsibility as a trainee to create and facilitate workshops in soft skills for employees of our clients. These workshops entailed full day trainings in soft skills like persuasive communication, customer friendly telecommunication, feedback, etc. I facilitated workshops in various sectors like the financial sector, production companies and government institutions. This experience added on to my passion for facilitating workshops and I hope to persue this passion in the future.

In my first master of science in I&O psychology I've got the opportunity to do an intership with Tempo Team. Tempo Team is part of Randstad Holding and is the second largest HR service provider of the world. As an intern I was placed in the industry office of Wetteren where I was consultant for applicants in search of a job. My job was to register the applicants, screen them and look for job openings. My second task was to contact firms to help them fill job openings and look for potential employees.
