About Bob Griffith

With over 10 years of experience in higher education, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to improve student outcomes and success. As the director of MyDegree, the degree audit system at Ferris State University, I oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the system, and chair the MyDegree Advisory Board. I am also pursuing my Doctor of Education degree in Community College Leadership, with a focus on enhancing student retention and completion rates.
