Hey, I’m Robert. I’m all about quality of life. It’s this obsession that has gotten me this far and will probably keep me going. And, I’m not satisfied. There’s so many things that we can do to improve, but few people care.I believe that an expansion in basic research will have the biggest impact on quality of life 10, 20 years down the road - especially in understaffed fields like materials science and biology. Massively orchestrated LLMs can potentially fill this void. I believe they are the highest-probability investment towards next-century quality of life.

Fine-tuned Mask-RCNN model using Keras and TensorFlow to precisely detect and correct deflections in signal, as part of the pipeline to recover decades of unreadable analog seismogram data from hundreds of stations. -
