I help guide people, businesses and organizations to focus on their primary objectives, to identify, diagnose and resolve issues and barriers to obtaining these objectives through consensus building around improving processes. I strive to keep people open minded to low tech /no tech/capital solutions that may be faster to implement, easier to manage and sustain and ultimately better than relying solely on technology to solve their issues. I know that I have done my job when I see people starting to be able to see and solve problems on their own and even teach others around them how to do the same. For the past ten years, I have been a strategically minded supply chain professional who has successfully leveraged proven analytical acumen into continuous improvement successes. I am an accomplished project manager who has developed and improved processes across the supply chain from new product introduction and commercialization to exceeding customer fill rates and compliance goals. At Peacock Foods, I kicked off my plant’s Lean Transformation Journey a year earlier than we were slated for. We delivered cost savings of $2,200,000 - exceeded target by $400,000 and put 23% of our skilled workforce through a kaizen. I created and implemented a number of company-wide initiatives and training material including a visual management system for plant production scheduling meetings which allowed staffs to conduct the meeting in half the time and reduced disposition of expired components by 80%.I have a chronic case of insatiable curiosity that has turned me into a lifelong learner, one where I can learn fast, absorb a lot of information and apply my learnings right away. This allows me to be be able to transfer my skills easily from one industry to another and scale my skills to various sizes of organizations. I am constantly searching for ways to work smarter, improve sustainability, and improve productivity organically and I love teaching others to be able to do the same.
