The CADRE Fellowship is a competitive program providing a significant professional development experience for early career researchers and developers currently working on a DR K-12 project. Through program activities, Fellows gain exposure to research and development from across the country related to STEM education, gain insights into the NSF and what it takes to be successful and effective researchers and developers, and network with DR K-12 PIs and Fellows from across the country.

Delivered a colonization report annually to the Expansion Committee at District Convention informing the members of detailed efforts to expanding the Northeast District including all forms of correspondence with National Headquarters as well as the prospective colonies. Presented to the assembly possible locations for District Day, arranged, organized and promoted the event with Tau Beta Sigma. Kept all colonies informed about the District Convention site, accommodations, and pertinent information. Contacted each Northeast District colony, Advising Chapter, and Advising Person(s) at least once a month throughout the colonization process. Created a district membership education reference guide for use of by colonies and chapters within the district.
