Promoted to management after four years as a Direct Contributor to Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales to spearhead all net new sales and business development efforts in the SouthEast. This included managing and growing Southeast customer relationships. Supervised eight Enterprise Account Executives and led staff hiring, development, and performance management. ➣ Recognized as the #1 Enterprise RVP and the #3 overall Manager through August of FY2023 at 103% YTD. My position was eliminated in a late-2023 RIF along with those of my Enterprise peers.➣ Instrumental in leading the Team to the #1 Enterprise ranking in revenue and the #3 Region globally. ➣ Supplied strategic direction, guidance, and support to the team in selling a SaaS-based, Close Automation solution to large corporations with >$750M in annual revenue throughout the Southeast. ➣ Accountable for customer renewals and retention, mitigating churn, up-selling, and cross-selling. ➣ Collaborated with multiple internal teams, including Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Product Development, in the planning and execution of ongoing go-to-market strategies. ➣ Created and rolled out a comprehensive training program for new hires, simplifying accounting concepts into consumable sales-oriented concepts.
