Product Enablement is a department responsible for defining, configuring, and delivering a standardized system that serves as the foundation for both internal and external system installations. In addition to providing a standard system setup, we create comprehensive user journeys with role-plays that cover the most common workflows in modern newsrooms. We call this concept "Highways." Each step in the journey is supported by visual aids that illustrate specific scenes and interactions within the system. Every instruction includes links to our broader software documentation for further reference, ensuring users know where to find more detailed information on a given topic. This approach, which we call "Context Documentation," helps users navigate through various workflows and find the right documentation as needed. The format is designed for self-paced learning, allowing users to educate themselves without direct support when they have the time.Additionally, we provide "Artefacts," which are exercise-based guides designed to help users master our core tools, such as Designer, Flatplanner, and FreeDesign.I bring a diverse and robust background with expertise in several key areas:I have extensive experience in complex system integration and delivery, enabling seamless interactions between various components.I possess in-depth knowledge of media asset management, allowing for efficient handling and organization of digital content.I'm certified in design and usability analysis, with a focus on eye-tracking, offering insights into user behavior and optimizing user interfaces.I'm proficient in developing, establishing, and maintaining best practices for user journeys, specifically within the "Highways" framework, providing clear guidance for users. My experience in product management/enablement encompasses roadmaps, strategy development, functional requirements, task specifications, and overall product strategy.I have a strong background in software development and configuration for cross-media production, covering various platforms like print, online, tablets, and mobile devices.
