Distribusion is a B2B marketplace connecting travel brands with travel providers through APIs to make ground transportation more accessible. We work with major partners such as Google, Flixbus, Kiwi, Deutsche Bahn, and many more. I joined the company right after the series B funding in 2022 when we were less than 50 and helped grow the company to 200 and 10x in revenue. In autumn 2024 we received our series C and now we embark on a new phase of growth. I'm doing 360 recruitment being responsible for all aspects of the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Roles include: - Engineering Managers, Team/Tech Leads, Mid-Senior Software Engineers, QAs, DevOps, etc. - Technical Product Managers (TPMs) - Other non-technical roles (e.g. BD, Retail, Partnerships etc.)
