• Manage the Scope of Work from an operational and financial standpoint, ensuring that thecustomer receives information security services in accordance with the contract.• Perform delivery management (communications, site visits, Monthly & Quarterly Governance).• Lead cross-functional program teams in the design and execution of security programs, includingthe scheduling and tracking of tasks, resources, and dependencies.• Coordinate and lead project meetings.• Prioritize and follow up on the progress, risks, and opportunities of each internal project.• Manage the Content Engineering Development Team: run daily stand-up meetings, track theactivities using Kanban & Sprint approach and assess performance.• Ensure that internal documentation and lessons learned are established following the completionof each project.• Develop the governance plan and maintain it to support the contract delivery.• Collaborate with the customer to define and implement procedures relating to the servicesprovided.• Identify weaknesses and/or gaps in the customer current security operations and working with thecustomer to address the findings.• Identify, review and recommend security service improvements.• Participate in internal and external audits for the customers.

• Oversee the daily tasks and deliverables handled by the team.• Coordinate the investigation of high severity incidents according to the incident handling model.• Assist customer in incident eradication and recovery phases.• Develop and review team training plans and facilitate career development for engineers of allseniority levels.• Prepare operational governance reports and present them to the business stakeholders andclient representatives.

• Effectively managing the 1st Level Operations activities securing the financial and operationalperformance of a 50+ team members, according to WLA and global requirements.• Acting as KPI & SLA Operational responsible.• Serving as Technical and Management interface and escalation point of contact.• Ensuring competency and capacity levels within the team meet current and future businessrequirements.• Developing, analyzing and reporting on status of agreed performance indicators to the Managerof 1st Level Operations and to COM(s) of the customers under care, and/ or other interfaces frominternal customers.• Responsible for resource planning, internal mobility and employee development, working incollaboration with HR department to attain balanced results.
