Position: PROJECT MANAGER.Responsibilities:- Coordinating the activities within the projects, directly supervising the technical teams, consultants and other collaborators;- Establishing long-term collaboration relations with the beneficiary, partners and Clients;- Preparation of the budget and cash flow of the projects for the final contracts in accordance with the submitted proposals, with the beneficiary's comments and with the activities provided to be carried out within the projects, ensuring the necessary resources for their good development;- Elaboration of execution schedules in order to monitor the progress, as well asestablishing the key points for verification / evaluation and settlement of works performed;- Ensuring the circulation of information within the projects with other departments oforganization, periodically organizing meetings with the project team, presenting the projectsthe other departments;- Monitoring in time the progress achieved towards the proposed objectives and drafting monthly reports to financiers, partners and beneficiaries in compliance with the data provided in contracts;- Bringing solutions to improve the work, in order to maximize the efficiency of achieving the proposed objectives;- Establishing according to the organizational structure the tasks and responsibilities forsubordinate staff, based on job descriptions;- Ensuring the solution for the problems appeared in the realization of the projects, and informing the management team about the problems appeared;- Appropriate archiving of project-related documentation;- Motivating the team through communication and through the permanent evaluation of the direct subordinates;- Checking the monthly time for subordinate staff and sending it to the Human Resources Department- Execution of any other dispositions received from the hierarchical superior in the realization of the short-term strategies of the company within the limits of the observance of the legal basis

- Coordination of construction-assembly works in the field, in accordance with the technical requirements imposed;- Coordinating the activity of the technical department, providing technical advice and counseling in order to make efficient decisions regarding the organization;- Preparation of price offers for the projects requested by the Client;- Collaboration with the Asset Manager in order to organize the reception, commission of the executed projects, and periodic verification in the field of the accuracy of the data from the reception minutes;- Preparation of monthly statements of partial or final payment statements, for executed projects;- Tracking the executed projects in terms of their inclusion in the execution permits, in the execution schedule and in the contractual execution clauses of the project;- Checking the estimates of the execution projects for the contracted works;- Ensuring the technical consultancy in choosing the constructive solutions regarding the final offers to the partners / client;- Taking measures in the field of HSE, in terms of staff training and examination of their knowledge;- Any other tasks set by hierarchical superiors depending on the organizational / departmental needs within the limits of competence of the position held;

- inspections of the works executed on site and preparation of the necessary documentation for their completion based on the standards;- making technical data sheets for the executed equipment;- preparation of the necessary documents for checking the pressure and tightness of the executed pipe spools;- reporting the progress through the specialized programs to the management, in order to issue the payment statements to the Client;- revision of execution plans in Autocad, and assistance on site in order to execute the designed elements;

SRL is a spanish established firm cu privately held capital, established in Romania in 2008 , with its activity in desgin and execution of hidrotechnical works.The firm issues and creates projects for smal hidroplants on all specialties , architecture , resistance and instalations respectively.Although , within the desined objectives , the firm is an investor as well as contractor for the general construction works.Responsibilities:Inside the firm I have been working as a designing engineer , work site assistant , consultant , work site supervisor and other positions required for the designing process , execution , receiving and finalising of objectives . My responsibilities were , making the go-ahead projects and autorization and execution , costs estimations and planning with the budget for the construction work, assurance and technical assistance for the remote work sites , checking and verifying the studies and the execution details , taking part of the pre-reception and the reception of the works as a construction specialist.Achievements:Most of the objectives I worked on , are found on the rivers around counties of Valcea, Brasov, Sibiu. For each work to be done , I have designed all type of objects included in hidroelectrical plants. I have also , withing all objectives , been liasing with all authorities involved in the control and verification of the quality of work , the State Inspectorate , respectively , local counsel and boards and other officialities emitent of permits and aggrements for the construction works we were understaking.

It is specialized in execution of prefabricated material having a pool of high end equipments.Responsibilities:Within this company I was working as a design engineer , executing the technical documentation for the prefabricates used in technical projects .These projects were being realized by the technical dept in Italy in a close partnership with the Romanian one.I was also involved in the offering part , issuing de documentation used in cost analysis and for an accurate presentation of the elements we could execute.Achievements:Working in projects as :1.
