Working with the UEFA Youth League team, U19, U17. U16, U15 and Women team at Hagi Football Academy/Farul Constanta I manage to create a eficient professional environment which helped the teams I have worked with to obtain significant performances such as, qualification in the last 16 of UEFA Youth League, League Titles (U19, U17, U16), Romanian Cup (U19, U17), Romanian Supercupa (U16) Women's Superliga Champions

Key responsibilities include:- Organizing scouting schedule and entrance-permission procedures with the executive staff of schools and sport clubs;- Undertaking PE lessons in classes with children aged 7 - 9 years old; - Assisting the Head Scout in the selection process;- Assisting the organisation of 'DVSC Football Festival' , a second stage process in the formation of two DVSC teams (one of girls and one for boys) containing the best 22 players aged 7, 8 and 9 years old in the county of Hajdu-Bihar; - Scouting 1200 children in 30 schools in the city of Debrecen in the period December 2014 - March 2015;

Key responsibilities include:- Coaching of technical training sessions based on 'Training for competition model';- Pre-match Pep-talk;- Discussion with the coach regarding weekly and long-term development plans; - Match analysis and post-match report;- Tactical presentations including relevant video footage of the tactical subject selected by the coach;- Motivational presentation including relevant sport-educational concepts;- Football-English lessons, incorporating coaching points and football-analysis; Representative successes include: qualification among the first 8 teams of Hungary (play-off) in the National Championship of U16 in the season 2014-2015; players within the team scouted by the U16 national team coaches of Hungary.

In the period I spent coaching this team adaptation to new cultures, environments and football culture was vital in the process of developing the appropriate learning environment for the players. The work with Nunnery Wood Sharks U14 was crowned with the trophies for Cup and League Winner of Stourport & District Youth Football League.

Key roles include:- Delivering taster sessions of blind football, performance analysis;- Delivering presentations in front of 30 - 50 people audience formed of high-school students and teachers; - Organizing and delivering campus-tours;- 'Open-day' organisation procedures; - Respecting an high level code of conduct including dressing and elevated language code; - Individual tutorials with parents and students;

Key roles include:- Delivering blind football training session to youth, B-team individuals and A-team elite players;- Guiding-coaching during matches from both middle third and behind the opposition goal/attacking third;- Assisting the head coach during national and international competitions;- Delivering blind football taster session to adults and students; - Undertaking pre-competition development plans and coaching;
