I am a dynamic, highly motivated individual with a drive to succeed. Registered in Romania as a pharmacist with 8 years of experience in pharmacy and 3 years of experience in clinical trials, I have developed an understanding for the personal aspects of the company to assure quality. I actively look to broaden my horizons in working accurately, methodically and with meticulous attention to detail. As the clinical pharmacist I was responsible for the delivery of therapy reviews within clinical practices which were either in person or note based with the objective to improve care for patients. I have been participating in comprehensive and in‑depth training which consisted of self‑directed learning and shadowing colleagues. I have been focused on enhancing patient safety in medical practice through medicines reconciliation, providing clinical professional advice to prescribers as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, discharge planning and contributing to dispensary work, audit and teaching.My greatest achievement is the transition of my work from Romania to the United Kingdom on my own.-Researching the culture of the new country before I moved.-Learning how to adapt and live without help.-Converting and adapting my working knowledge from Romanian to English.Achieved 20% revenue increase in FY2017 as a key member of the pharmacy team:-Building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional quality service.-Cross‑promoting similar products to maximize add‑on sales.-Improved medication stock management system to reduce waste and eliminate backlogs.Award for participation and presentation in study «Influence of formulation factors on the physio‑chemical characteristics of dermal microemulsions prepared with sucrose esters»:-In the first phase of the study we prepared a series of three formulations where the proportion of surfactant varied 1:1, 1:3 and 3:1.-In the second phase of the study, we selected and prepared five microemulsion formulations.-The data obtained demonstrated that: the analyzed formulations belong to the Newtonian fluid flow category, electrical conductivity increased directly proportional to the percentage of hydrophilic phase in the formula and the pH was in the near‑physiological range. The microemulsions were well tolerated on the skin and no irritant effect was recorded. This taught me to prioritize my time, build great habits and stay focused on my goals.Maintaining a high degree of integrity in everything I do is an aspect of my personality that is evident to all of my employees and colleagues.
