• se subordoneaza: Directorului General• are in subordine: manageri divizie constructii, Aprovizionare / Achizitii, Departament Calitate• Colaborare Interna, cu toate departamentele functionale din firma, Director de Vanzari,Director Operational,Director Financiar, extern cu furnizorii• Reprezentare (colaborare, consultanta) reprezinta firma si in relatiile cu furnizorii, cu managementul altor firme etc.• Planifica activitatea de productie in santiere in functie de planul de productie stabilit, pentru a asigura realizarea integrala a indicatorilor cantitativi si calitativi stabiliti.• Impreuna cu partenerii/consultantii de la BDO Romania,am implementat o organigrama, un manual de proceduri de operare si un instrument de urmarire a bugetelor de venituri si cheltuieli,pe fiecare santier in parte,cat si la nivel de companie.• Organizeaza si controleaza activitatile de mentinere si dezvoltare a capacitatilor de productie si coordoneaza folosirea corecta si eficienta a bugetelor de lucrari• Coordoneaza si asigura desfasurarea ritmica a procesului de productie, urmarind realizarea productiei in conformitate cu planul cerut de Beneficiar.• Organizeaza si conduce sedintele pentru raportarea statusului tehnic si financiar a fiecarui proiect • Organizeaza si conduce sedintele pentru armonizarea obiectivelor si sincronizarea activitatilor in vederea realizarii in conditii optime a obiectivelor de productie.• Elaboreaza proiectul planului de investitii, in conformitate cu prevederile bugetului, in scopul imbunatatirii gradului de ocupare a capacitatilor de productie existente si crearii de noi capacitati.• Urmareste incheierea contractelor pentru noile santiere si actioneaza pentru asigurarea la termen a documentatiilor tehnice, conform graficelor de esalonare a investitiilor. - Assist with MEP Design and review all MEP projects - Assist in design and construction- Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.- Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution- Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.- Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, - Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings - Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.- Demonstrate and use expert knowhow of the entire MEP part of construction projects in all its aspects: design, function, installations and coordination with other trades- Coordinate the MEP design and execution between design office and contractors/subcontractors- Provide the planning input for the MEP works and Monitor Planning vs. Progress on site- Document project progress and/or delays through letters which can be used as contractual aids during Disputes- Review and certify the monthly invoicing of the contractors/subcontractors- Audit the performance of MEP subcontractors - Lead technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff- Provide technical input for offer requests and the awarding of MEP subcontracts to the contracts, procurement departments- Be adept in and aware of International and Local Building Codes of all MEP Systems- Have hands on experience on the procurement, installation and testing & commissioning of all MEP Systems- Able to perform all post tender activities of construction until the handing over and completion of the defects liability period of the project
