I was responsible for configuring network equipment and implementing subnetwork solutions, often collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless operations. My role included troubleshooting network alarms related to microwave (MW) and fiber optic systems, as well as configuring ERPS protection on specific network segments. I worked within a team to manage E-LAN and VLAN configurations, including the cleanup of unused E-LANs, and contributed to project planning for the decommissioning of E1 traffic flows. Additionally, I configured and tested FMUX optical equipment and resolved DWDM, MW, and fiber optic network alarms. My responsibilities also involved optimizing packet routes across the network, reconfiguring gateways for sites requiring traffic optimization, and coordinating with team members to develop and implement effective solutions.
