• Responsible for leading Kaizen events for improving the relative utilization of the lines.• Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates andquality of output.• Utilizing Continuous Improvement tools, in the day-to-day activities such as BreakdownManager, Specialized Maintenance, and FMEA .• Constantly improving the preventive maintenance plan by adding new tasks to achieve therequired availability of the line from a technical point of view.• Analyzing the spare parts cost in order to optimize the maintenance budget.• Supervising and helping the maintenance team with tasks in order to complete them.• Coordinating teams assigned for problems solving using tools like 8D`s, 5 why`s, Ishikawa.• Experienced in various manufacturing processes, quality control and project management usinglean principles like Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual management systems, ProcessCapability Analysis.

• Responsible for solving product design issues in a series environment.• Decision maker in concept and product optimizations.• CAD design / development of components, assemblies and sub-assemblies, based on definedconcepts as well as being a technical reference for other design engineers within the team.• Technical guidance for team in preparation of project documentation, such as component lists,technical presentations and presenting to management board or customers.• Responsible for evaluating measurement reports.• Cooperation in the design and improvement of internal departmental processes.• Involvement in the coordination / organization of pending tasks within the internal project team.• Technical support of internal / external team members within a project.
