Microsoft Mixed Reality • Managed suppliers in the US during the product development phase by establishing and driving manufacturing readiness for critical subsystems focusing on quality, capacity, material, human resources, and facilities. This resulted in a smooth program launch and meeting customer commitments. • Leading suppliers during ramp and mass production phase through productivity quality assessments focusing on E2E yield status, shipment plans, critical to quality controls, and eliminating RMA’s. This led to the success of meeting quality standards and continuity of supply to support production plans. Microsoft Surface Devices • Program Managed the Production Readiness of 4 Surface products by partnering with cross-functional teams, suppliers in Asia, and key stakeholders to define and establish success criteria, agreed on KPI targets and held LT reviews. This enabled visibility to risks, mitigation paths and decision-making resulting in smooth program launches.• Drove the operations team to bring-up a new factory site overseas and set up the right capabilities for a fully functional manufacturing environment enabling a flexible supply based while saving $$ millions. Microsoft HoloLens• Directed the fabrication and deployment of a complex system by having clear DFM, ensuring long LT components were ordered, tracking system integration progress, meeting CE compliance, driving schedule and critical milestones. • Deployed capacity, time and motion analysis for the F45 Aircrafts’ - Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) throughout the assembly line resulting in AGV’s having an optimized allocation and movement flow plan.
